I would like to inform you of all the information that you asked for or mentioned that is missing, I have been providing to … and …. By email, and even I came to Charing Cross police station.

Firstly, I have named the person who sexually assaulted me. His name is MR Baba Moharmni. He in his social media, confessed that he committed the assaulted on me. All evidence are ready to summit to you or any other officers I should attend to.

Secondly, let me start by informing you that fortunately there are available video clips and pictures regarding the alleged crime and witnesses. One of the witnesses is Mr Akbar Karimian, and I attached some video clips and pictures with this email too.

Thirdly, I have been writing emails and going to Charing Cross Police Station more than four times, in all I have been asking the police to see and look into this case.

Fourthly, I have been asking and almost bagging police to interview me and get my statement. I have no idea how they could have said, they did not have this or that when they never interviewed me or the person who committed the crime!

Fifthly, to overcome the language barrier, I asked my immigration solicitor to write the whole event to your officer Ms Fualx, and I have forwarded his email to you and to pc …. , too. It is clear that I have done all anyone could do to get police attention to look into this matter. There is nothing else anyone could do more than I did!

Sixthly, I copied my solicitor’s email below this email, please read it and you will see I addressed all that was needed to start the investigation.

Seventhly, I would like you to not close the case and instead to get the statement from myself and the perpetrator.
